Celebration Details
What’s the dress code?
Black-tie.
We kindly ask gentlemen to wear a black tuxedo or formal suit, a white dress shirt, and a black bowtie, and ladies to wear a floor-length gown.

Please keep the tropical climate in mind — cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the ceremony and reception indoors.

Is smoking or vaping permitted at the venue?
The venue strictly prohibits smoking and vaping anywhere on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We kindly ask guests to help us respect the venue’s policies throughout the celebration.
Are CHILDREN WELCOME?
Yes, children are welcome!
We kindly ask that girls wear a white dress and boys wear a black suit with a white shirt and black bow tie to match the gentlemen.​
Note that childcare will not be provided.
CAN I BRING A plus-one?
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on each invitation.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors.
will there be an after-party?
Yes! Join us after the reception for an after-party at Fifty Eight.
when should i arrive to puerto rico?
We recommend arriving by Thursday, December 10, so you have time to settle in and join us for our welcome festivities.
Travel & Stay
What airport should I fly into?
Fly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan. Most major airlines fly in to SJU on a daily basis.
do i need a passport?
No passport is needed for U.S. travelers.
will there be a hotel block?
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino for the wedding weekend. Please visit our Travel & Stay page for more details on how to reserve your room.
Kindly note that rooms must be booked by October 12, 2026 to receive the wedding block rate. We highly recommend reserving early to ensure availability.
what if i'm having issues booking the hotel block?
If you experience any issues while making your reservation, please feel free to reach out to either of us. We’ll be happy to assist and handle communication with the hotel — especially if you’d like to extend your stay, as additional nights cannot be added through the booking link and must be arranged directly with the hotel’s reservations team.
where should I stay if not using the hotel block?
​We recommend staying in Condado, Isla Verde, or Old San Juan for easy access to wedding venues, beaches, and dining.

When booking your accommodations please ensure you are close to where we are situated. Staying in the right area of the island is vital for a fun, easy stay!
Should i rent a car?
A rental car is helpful for exploring the island or if you're staying outside the main hotel area.

Driving around the island is relatively easy—major roads are well marked and GPS navigation generally works well.
is there parking at the venues?
Yes, parking is available at both venues.
Please note that there is a parking fee at the reception venue.
will there be transportation from ceremony to reception?
Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided from the ceremony to the reception for guests who do not have their own vehicle. Pick-up times will be shared closer to the wedding date to ensure a smooth transition between events.
can i take photos during the ceremony?
Yes, you may take photos.
We kindly ask that you remain respectful of the Catholic ceremony and limit photos to the beginning and end of the service.

Is there a schedule for group photos?
Yes! To ensure we capture memories with everyone, we’ve organized a brief photo schedule for families and guest groups before the reception. The full timeline will be shared closer to wedding date.​
